I don’t know how I feel about that. I heard rumors on the IMDB board about it, but didn’t really believe them because lol, IMDB. I don’t know how to feel about that either. I mean, it could be her rise to some power I guess… When I read ‘Gillian’s Prostitute’ my mind first went to ‘yeah girl!’ then scanned over and saw it was a woman playing the part. I really was hoping for Gillian having a house full of man whores funded by the Commodore’s money in Season 3… SIGH! I don’t particularly care, but I’d be really annoyed if she’s running a brother out of the same house that her grandson dwells in.  Not to mention that the babysitter is the guy who’s only sexual experience was with a prostitute. I for one think it’s a grand idea, if only because I’ve got a preoccupation with sex work. And it plays brilliantly into a fic idea I’ve been gestating. YESSSSSSSSSSSSS this is the best idea So the cat’s *sort of* out of the bag, I see… GOOD. I’ve been DYING over here, but YES, it looks like Gillian becomes a madame in S3. And according to my sources, the set for her brothel is gorgeous. ;-) Never has Boardwalk Empire made so much sense than when they decided to make Gillian a Madame. Also: This will provide great fuel for my Owen/Jean RP. Wait a minute, guys, why is Gillian a madame? Isn’t she ridiculously rich from inheriting the Commodore’s money? Because it would go to Tommy, and Tommy would go to her? I don’t get it.
